Captain John Bazo is a native Floridian who has been fishing the Nature Coast all of his life. John specializes in fly fishing and light tackle sight fishing. John has been a full time Coast Guard licensed Guide since 1995 and enjoys taking anglers of all skill levels out on his waters. He is also the current president of the Homosassa Guides Association which was established in 1950. Whether you are new to fly fishing or light tackle flats fishing or you are a seasoned angler looking to hone in on your skills, Captain John is a patient teacher and a certified Orvis fly casting instructor.
